Fiji Day Gala Dinner Night

The evening will feature:

• Mini Trade Show showcasing businesses and exhibitors
• Inspiring guest speakers from government, business, trade and investment sectors
• Business networking opportunities
• Live Fijian cultural entertainment
• Two-course Gala Dinner
• Lucky door prizes, fundraising activities and more

Net Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Drua Foundation, supporting programs that create opportunities for young people and strengthen communities across Fiji.

This event is proudly being delivered in partnership with the Fiji Consulate General & Trade Commission AUNZ and Pacific Trade Invest Australia (PTI Australia).

Dietary Requirements

If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please advise us on info@nswfijibusinesscouncil.com  at the time of booking. To assist with catering arrangements, dietary requests should be submitted no later than Friday, 2 October 2026.

Mini Trade Show – Exhibition Opportunities

Businesses and organisations are invited to showcase their products and services during our one-hour Mini Trade Show, which will be held prior to the Formal Program and Gala Dinner.

This is a fantastic opportunity to promote your business, network with potential customers, and connect with business leaders, government representatives, and the wider community.

Exhibition Terms & Conditions

To ensure a professional, safe and enjoyable experience for all exhibitors and attendees, the following conditions apply:

1. Exhibition space is for display and promotion purposes only. No direct selling or cash sales are permitted during the event.
2. Each exhibitor will be allocated table space approximately 1 metre in length. Please ensure all display materials fit within your allocated space.
3. Large equipment, oversized displays, or bulky products that may create safety hazards or obstruct walkways are not permitted.
4. Any excess stock, promotional materials, packaging, or personal belongings must be stored neatly underneath your allocated table and not in public walkways.
5. Only current NSW Fiji Business Council members are permitted to display 1 pull-up banner adjacent to their exhibition table, subject to venue space and approval.
6. Power outlets and extension leads will not be available. If you intend to display digital content (e.g. tablets, laptops, digital photo frames), please ensure all equipment is fully battery operated for the duration of the exhibition.
7. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up and packing down their own display within the times advised by the organising committee.
8. The NSW Fiji Business Council reserves the right to refuse or remove any display that does not comply with these conditions or is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Business Spotlight – 5 Minute Speech (During Dinner)

Businesses wishing to further promote their products and services may purchase a 5-minute speech slot during the Gala Dinner.

Presentation Fee: $100/speaker

Presentation Guidelines

To ensure presentations are engaging, professional and fair for all participants, the following conditions apply:

1. Presentation time is strictly limited to 5 minutes. Presenters must conclude within the allocated time to ensure the event runs according to schedule.
2. The presentation should focus on:
   • Your business and what you do.
   • Your products and/or services.
   • Your business journey or success story.
   • How your business contributes to the community or industry.
   • Future plans or opportunities for collaboration.
3. Presentations must remain professional and appropriate for a diverse audience.
4. Presentations must not include:
   • Political or religious content;
   • Offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate material;
   • Negative comments about other businesses, organisations or individuals;
   • Sales pressure or aggressive marketing tactics.
5. Presentations should be informative, engaging and inspirational, providing attendees with a better understanding of your business and its journey.
6. No PowerPoint presentations, videos, projectors or audio-visual equipment will be available. This is a live speaking opportunity only.
7. Presentation opportunities are limited and will be allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
8. The NSW Fiji Business Council reserves the right to conclude any presentation that exceeds the allocated five-minute limit or does not comply with these conditions.
